Lyudmila Ivanovna Drobysheva-Razumovskaya graduated from the Gorky State Conservatory named after M. I. Glinka (1977-1982) with a degree in piano performing with the qualification "Concert performer, teacher, concertmaster, soloist of a chamber ensemble". She studied at the assistant-internship of this conservatory (1984-1986), majoring in piano performing. After her graduation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation sent her to the Perm State Institute of Culture.
She has been working at the PGIK since 1982: as a concertmaster of the Department of Choral Conducting, a part-time teacher of the Department of Piano (1982-1984), a teacher of the Department of Piano (1986-1989), a senior teacher of the Department of Musicology and Piano (1989-1993), Associate Professor of the Department of Special Piano (previously – Piano) – since 1993, Professor of the Department - since 2006.
She has been Head of the Department of Special Piano (previously-the Department of Musicology and Piano; the Department of Piano) from 1989 to the present. The list of her positions included Vice-rector for Creative, Performing and Educational Work (1997-2007); Vice-Rector for Continuing Art Education and Educational Work (2007-2012); Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Work (2012-2013). In 2013, by order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya was appointed Rector of the Perm State Academy of Art and Culture, which at that time, according to the results of monitoring the activities of state educational institutions, was recognized as ineffective. Thanks to L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya's well-thought-out and purposeful policy as the head of the educational organization, the situation at the university has radically changed, and since 2013 it has been successfully undergoing annual performance monitoring. The General Meeting (Conference) of employees and students of the Institute elected Lyudmila Ivanovna Rector of the PSIC (26.06.2014, 30.05.2019).
The academic title of Associate Professor was awarded to her in 1993, the title of Professor - in 2010. She passed professional retraining under the program "State and Municipal Management" at the Institute of Advanced Training of the RMCPC (2017-2018).
Lyudmila Ivanovna teaches the following academic disciplines: "Special instrument", "Musical performance and pedagogy", "Study of piano repertoire", "Study of pedagogical repertoire", she is responsible for performing practice as well.
The subject of her scientific research is related to the issues of musical and aesthetic development of children and youth, continuous music education, theory and methods of performance. More than 60 scientific and educational works on the problems of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of music education, widely used in pedagogical practice, have been published, including eight issues of the educational and methodological manual " Developmental teaching children to play the piano" (co-authored with Professor S. G. Moshkarov, 2014-2019).
Over the past 15 years, as a teacher of the Department of Special Piano, Lyudmila Ivanovna has trained more than 40 laureates and diploma holders of international, All-Russian and regional competitions. Among her students there are 13 scholarship holders of named scholarships (the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, the Governor and the Government of the Perm Region).
L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya has been an active concert performer. She has performed at the Russian centers of science and culture in Vienna and Lisbon, concert venues in Mexico City, on the stage of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater named after P. I. Tchaikovsky, in the philharmonic halls of Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, and other cities of Russia. For more than 10 years, as part of the duo "Modnye Klavishi", she has been giving concerts at the best venues in the Perm Region. Lyudmila Ivanovna is a three-time winner of the award of the Russian Performing Arts Foundation and a grant holder of this foundation (Moscow, 2005, 2006, 2007). For the implementation of creative projects to revive the spiritual and cultural traditions of the past of the Kama region, the musical traditions of the house and family, she was awarded the title of Laureate of the Perm Region Prize in the field of culture and art (2006).
As a vice-rector of the Institute, L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya, together with her colleagues, developed and implemented the Concept and Program for the Development of Continuous Art Education at three levels (school – professional college – university). On her initiative, the Academy of Arts for Children and Adults was established at the PSIC (1992), and the "Comprehensive Program of Musical and Aesthetic Development of Children of Early Preschool Age from 2 to 6 Years" was introduced into the educational process. The works in this field were positively evaluated by the professional community at All-Russian and international scientific and practical conferences on the problems of musical and aesthetic development of children and youth (Moscow, Perm, Orel, Kiev (Ukraine), Jyvaskyla (Finland), and Lisbon (Portugal).
PSIC implements large-scale creative projects and international competitions: the International Multi-genre Competition named after A. Nemtin, the International Competition of Vocalists "ACADEMIA", the International Competition of performers on folk instruments "Prikamye", the International Competition of Performers on string instruments "Magic Bow", the International Competition of Readers "Living Russian Word", Cultural and Educational project "Russian-Mexican Alliance", Regional concert subscription " Creativity of the young – to the native city and the region!". Students and teachers of the Institute annually hold more than 200 creative events, including charitable ones.
Under the leadership of L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya, popular scientific projects are being implemented: the annual All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the implementation of state national policy; the All-Russian Conference (with international participation) "Dialogues on Culture and Art"; annual scientific conferences of students and postgraduates on topical issues of cultural development, etc.
L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya pays great attention to the issues of improving the Institute's activities in accordance with the Programs for the development of PSIC developed by her and adopted by the team (2014-2020; 2019-2023). The organizational structure of the Institute has been optimized, key management units have been created (the Department of Monitoring and Quality Control of Educational Activities, the Department of Cultural and Educational Projects, the Department of Extracurricular and Educational Work, the Department of International Activities, the Department of Personnel and Legal Support), and Students Council of PSIC has been elected.
L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya is actively engaged in the development of educational activities of the Institute and the opening of new areas of training, taking into account, the needs of the city and the region. So, with her direct participation, in 1997, the specialty "Painting" was licensed, in 1998 – 2002 – "Musical and instrumental art" (bachelor's degree), "Instrumental performance" (specialty). Since 2013 to date, licenses have been obtained for the implementation of master's programs in the areas of "Musical and Instrumental Art", "Musicology and Musical and Applied Art", "Conducting", "The Art of Folk Singing", "Socio-cultural activities", "Library and Information Activities", "Folk Art Culture", "Choreographic Art". The complex of educational programs implemented by the Institute has been supplemented with new areas of study: "Musical Art of Variety" (bachelor's degree), "Composition" (specialty), " Circus Art "(bachelor's degree)," Museology and Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage Objects", "Religious Studies "(bachelor's and master's degree),"Art of Musical and Instrumental Performance (by type)" (assistant-internship). Taking into account the needs of the labor market, the institute updates the training profiles: for example, in 2020, within the framework of the training direction "Folk Art Culture", the profile "Management of an Ethno-cultural Center" was introduced, the training direction "Socio – cultural activities" - the profile "Management of Children and Youth’s Leisure".
In 2013, Conservatory was established in the structure of the PSIC, and in 2015 – the Central Children's School of Arts. In 2018, PSIC joined the Federal Project "Creative People "(National Project" Culture") to create centers for continuing education and advanced training of creative, pedagogical and managerial personnel in the field of culture on the basis of fifteen higher schools of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
In the status of an expert, Lyudmila Ivanovna heads international, All-Russian, regional, and city competitions and festivals. For many years, she has been chairman of the state certification commissions, a member of the board of the Perm Public Cultural Charity Foundation "Dom S. P. Diagileva", a member of the Expert Council of the competition of cultural and educational projects of the State Regional Budget Institution of Culture "Center for the Implementation of Projects in the Field of Culture", a member of the Public Council under the Perm City Duma, a member of the Council for Culture under the Governor of the Perm Region, a member of the Public Council under the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Perm Region.
For her fruitful work, L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation" (2013). She was awarded the Badge of Distinction of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation "For Achievements in Culture" (2003), the Certificate of Honor of the Presidium of the Perm Regional Council of Trade Unions (2000), numerous Certificates of Honor and Commendations of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Government and the Governor of the Perm Territory, the Perm City Administration, and other organizations.
